About Vodafone

Vodafone Australia is a major player in the country’s telecommunications scene, offering mobile and fixed broadband services. As part of TPG Telecom since their 2020 merger, Vodafone has significantly expanded its network, now covering about 98.4% of the Australian population—thanks in part to a $1.6 billion network-sharing deal with Optus that doubled its footprint to over 1 million square kilometres . Known for competitive plans, including popular $5/day international roaming and generous data bundles, Vodafone appeals to both city dwellers and regional users. With ongoing 5G rollout and a growing customer base, it continues to challenge the dominance of Telstra and Optus in the Australian market.
