Kmart Sells the Same Pants at Two Different Prices

not sure if this will be approved or not but today I went into my local Kmart to buy some work pants for my partner I brought two pairs one scanned up as $35 other scanned up as $59 (full price) I didn’t realise until I was walking out of the store and looked at the receipt I went back and asked the lady why they have scanned up as two different prices turns out the $35 pair on sale are “old stock and the $59 pair are “new stock” mind you they are both the exact same pair of pants I don’t think that is right that they can charge two different prices for the exact same pair of pants and the pair on sale didn’t even have a marked down sticker just be more vigilant when purchasing clothes from Kmart.
