Be kind to staff

With the news about price rises etc, can we pls remember, not to abuse the staff at checkouts, behide the deli etc, they are not the ones who set the prices, just this morning I Witnessed a women screaming at a young girl behide the deli cause her favourite ham had gone up in price, while other customers stepped in and told the woman to leave etc, the damage was already done, staff member ran off crying

    Plus they work for peanuts and usually casuals at the mercy of rostering plus they are often kids(to reduce costs again) and manners cost nothing. How would these people feel if someone entered their own child’s workplace, where they should be safe, and scream at them? Glad other adults stepped in though.

    Hope someone called the Manager and had the customer removed from the store. Abuse of staff is unacceptable..and she doesnt have to shop there.
