Has anyones phone been blocked by the 3G shutdown?

I'm with Coles Mobile (Optus network I believe), and I've been getting messages for months saying my phone will stop working from the 28th of October. Welp, its the 31st and it's still working. Just wondering if anyone's phone has actually been blocked?
