Most of it looks pretty clean and well kept... definitely not the kind of secondhand stuff you’d expect to be falling apart. There are proper desks, chairs, storage units, and some accessories too. IKEA calls it their "As-Is" section, but it’s not just a pile of returns, it’s been checked over and is still in solid condition. They even offer a 1-year warranty on it, which is good peace of mind.
