The 9th Gen 64GB iPad (Wi-Fi) is on sale at JB Hi-Fi and various other stores for $347. I think normal price these days is around $400, bear in mind the 9th Gen was discontinued last year but is still selling in stores as it packs a very good entry level iPad at a reasonable price point.
